State: Just woken.

Well.. not all the time I'll click on my ivillage emails.. but recently the headlines just got me so interested.

Here's a list of food that is known to ENERGIZE:
  1. Celery sticks with peanut butter, juice
  2. Cereal with milk and fruit
  3. Cottage cheese, fruit and whole grain crackers
  4. Eggs with low-fat meat served in a pita or tortilla, juice
  5. Fresh fruits and vegetables (with all meals)
  6. Grilled cheese on wheat with tomato, fruit, milk
  7. Sandwich (chicken, tuna or turkey) on whole grain, fruit
  8. Smoothie made with low-fat yogurt, fruit and milk

Well... it seemed like in our busy times when we wolf down our food at irregular times just to curb our hunger at that instant? Its No Good. After reading much, I realised that the wolfing down doesn’t give our body enough time to wring all of the energy out of food. Got it? It means that wolfing down a plate of veg + rice won't give you all the supposed energy. So this just means if you want use up the energy from what you just eat... so that it won't find a comfy place in you and store in you... then you got to eat slowly.. and at regular timings.

Looking at the 8 choices.. the ones that walkergal will always be eating most of the time would be... options 2, 5, and 7.

oh man.. I'm sooooo guilty of wolfing down my food at irregular timings!! =.=

The advice that I got from ivillage is that we should try eating at least three meals a day, plus two to three snacks. The reasons for the snacking is to help to maintain normal metabolism, blood sugar levels and may prevent overeating. To develop a pattern like this, we can begin by reducing our portion size at each meal and spread your calories out throughout the day.

and Oh. Vitamins help our body get the energy out of foods – but please note that they do not provide energy themselves ok?

Finally I'm cleared of my 20% additional report bit and submitted my latest update to Mister Woo early this morning at 0015. I guess its time to move over to the headache part... argh. Mobile programming. I would say 40% of FYP remaining. Seriously. I need strength.

Seriously. Guess what's for breakfast today? 2 Fuji Apples, 3 digestive biscuits and a few gulps of Daisy Hi-Lo. I always like to finish my bread early.. hence its finished and today is SATURDAY ya! Tmr I shall get my bread supply for the next week.

Living in the shell gives me the opportunity to know what I want and get it done. Sometimes its so hard to do my duty well. In the process of doing it, seriously out of 10 times, there's only 1 fulfilling moment. As times goes by, the doing of it increases and the fulfilling moment still remains the same. The never understanding part vs the understanding part. Tiring isn't it? Sometimes its better to be invisible right. Let things get hit and sort out by itself. If things never get sorted out properly just let the affecting parties remain bitter and its their lives after all right? Should just let the lessons learning be harsh and let it smack their faces hard. Why is it a bother then, that their pain is felt? Appreciation is never an option to them and looking at things now, I wonder when things will change. Its really interesting when I try to put feelings into words.. you know, got to set a boundary and feed it.
