MY l.e.a.r.n.i.n.g O my...

WOOT!

BLOGGIE...u KNOW WAT? hahas...ever since orange started wearing her orange jacket on tues onwards... i can feel the WHOLE lecture theatre start to notice there is THIS ORANGE gal la... AIYO.. cos my orange jacket simply brightens up my DAY! and it brightens up other pple's day TOO! WAHAHAs... simply looking at it, it makes me wanna drink orange JUICE! hahas...SO NICE ORANGE! ^^

can u imagine... today suppose to end lessons at 1730! hehe...after csc303 tutorial, my tutorial group was informed that there are NO tutorial for csc302 wo!

Hehe... eh..celine ah.. i'm supposed to end lesson today 1 hr later than u WO.. then end up i end lesson 1 hr BEFORE u wO... hehehe!

Anyways! certainly sometimes things can just happen without any warning.. we got to learn how to manage things smoothly STILL! ^^ In life, there are many lifelong lessons.. for some lessons we'll never stop taking in knowledge.. cos its an entire WHOLE learning process that goes on till we meet God! Hence we cannot give up learning.. never OK.

Its crucial and impt that we don't miss out in learning.. especially the fact that we're born in Singapore. we are super so blessed compared to many others in this world at our age. Learn to accept learning and then apply learnt things.. this is the KEY and STEP to challenges in life...in Singapore. Agree? hehehehe...

Not bad huh.. orange can ACTUALLY deliver all these huh?! HMM... cos God is GOOD to me and I always stand on LEARNING this side... though i'm still a bit lazy at times la! HAHAHA!

Okies.. what's next leh?

Orange is gonna be super duper BUSY... =.=" just now talk abt learning and now it applies to ME!!! 2 modules labs to be done individually and i'm like not really started yet... o.O lab submission are in 2 weeks time.. ORANGE.. u hear me? 2 weeks! there's no time left for ur dilly dally... pick up urself when fall down. if move too slow.. push urself! time is not gonna wait for u.. if u want to clear all modules successfully like previous semesters.. better start now..else its going to be TOO LATE!!!

OK. Thats for individual labs. Still got 2 modules which is group project for lab! What else? 1 more Business Plan group project. then? tutorials.. its pointless to get answers and never make the effort to read thru them after the lesson finish... ORANGE.. u better put in more effort.. Time waits for NO MAN.

NOW orange since at leeweenam library.. i shall start my revision for my tmr BTT. And tonight! Orange must zz EARLY. nobody is gonnna nag u here in hostel.. u R on YOUR OWN. Pls have some discipline K?

B.I.R.T.H.D.A.Y

Beware... LONG BLOG AHEAD.. if u think ur petrol is not sufficient, pls U-turn now!

hahas... my birthday WAS YESTERDAY!!! and it just passed like tat.

Somehow or rather... though it s-h-o-u-l-d feel as usual to me.. But somehow it feels different. i guess maybe cos i tot it would be different ever since last yr.

But certain things cannot be forced. As much as i hope things can be the way i want... it just doesn't work out for me in reality. Running away from it... is foolish.

so i chose to face it! Yea... i guess Orange is kinda strong ba. such things most people chose to leave it hanging up there... but i chose to put it down. (:


HMMM...YESTERDAY. lets start from earliest.


DEAR CELINE was the FIRST person to wish me wo! ^^ hehe... Thanks.. I Appreciate YOU! hahas... so good ya.. then followed by Mr Yew Chuen, then Yinghuan, Xiao Xuan, Andrew, Roger, Eileen, (same birthday as me!) Songqian, Mummy, Charissa, then late night from Gladys and Dinesh and this morning, from Sophia! all hp smses (: Daddy actually came to school to wish me!!! hehes.. but i guess he wanted to pass me the notes he printed.. =.=" well..


WELL, i did had a pleasant surprise SMS from Someone. hahas... didn't expect him to remember... thought he would kinda.. wanna.. to forget. HAHAS.. I'm childish.. i AM. But I always like it this way... its just that I'm always been put into situations that don't allow me to be childish. hence i love to be childish! to him. but things just can't work out la.. so yup. He is a nice person who sometimes needs a bit of push here and there. but there were times i really needed him to take charge and he couldn't take charge.. so yup, orange wants to continue to be happy.. to be childish! just need someone who is mature enough to realise this..

WELL, the brave me as usual, hehe.. went to catch up on things with him.. though we can't be together, i wouldn't want to lose a friend. WELL.. unless he don't wish to pursue a friendship with me... I'm always on the GO to catch up with friends! ^^

Hmmm... he seemed rather stressed on his studies actually. This is his last phase of his degree course. JIAYOU OK! - For him.


oh GOSH... so now I'm 1 YEAR older! ^^ i can still be childish ya? ^^ that ah huan actually msg me to say she should get one MAN for me soon! OMG... orange can't move on so fast. And I would still want to be childish! hehe.. SO... in the short while, just don't waste ur time! ^^

The night came.. orange was wondering should or should i not go out. pondering and pondering, i'd decided! IMM will be the place! hehe.. ZOOOM!

I was there! wanted to enjoy some nice japanese food.. but ermm... i was alone. =.=" wouldn't be nice to eat alone there.. so i went foodcourt! hehe... had one of my favourites.. Claypot Rice.. hahas.. maybe i've been do good exercises recently.. soo i don't mind! Then down it off with 1 chocolate cookies icecream cone from SCOOPZ! hahas... ^^

Back to hostel. was busy msn chatting with Celine and Aunt Rita.. wahahahas.. then i downed 2 more oranges! hehe... then roomie Yuhong came in.. and she was talking to someone outside.. hahas.. orange kinda know whats going to happen but.. OMG.. when i went to toilet to wash my hands.. the light was OFF! then door open... a group of my volleyball friends which i played volleyball with during NTU Yr 1...was standing at the door singing Birthday song to me! and orange tot its only like Yuhong with one more person... *gosh*

*super touched* then Yuhong was standing in the room with candles lighted.. hahas.. what a scene.. orange didn't have the privilege to experience this b4.

I thank God for His faithfulness in sending people to make my day.

THEN the difficult thing came... aiyo! they said I'm an officer.. so from my seat i should be able to blow all flames from the candles... heiz... =.=" SO..i huffed and i puffed.. not really helpful. i tried for a few more times.. 2 candles down! hehe.. then i got excited and the remaining tries were like.. in vain. =.="

wahahahhas...then yuhong tried to stretch out her arms more... while i tried to seat more at the edge of my seat! hehehe... finally its DONE! ^^

wahahas... we ate outside my room center sofa.. hehe.. the goodness of staying in BIG center room of the block! we had a nice session there until the scary cat came.. aiyo...orange is super terrified by cats.. I'm NEVER a cat lover.. and Won't BE in the days to come.. hahas.. then brave wenjie went to lure the cat away... we gals carry on chatting and laughing till its like super late le.. then me and yuhong retreated back to our room..

hahas..then i met Jonathan from Serangoon Sec! he was just back from running. so small world! U see.. staying in my hostel is like this.. then 2 gals passed us.. carrying a mahjong table! aiyo... so u see... life in hostel is kinda like a village. need lots of discipline to make sure u are on track with school work AND have enough sleep! ^^

OK... orange slept really late yesterday.. both Yuhong and I slept like a LOG! its only until like 0930 then i heard her loud exclaiming 'ITS 9.30am!' oh BOY.. poor thing..she got school and i don't. hehe... but i really have to get up or else tonight i can't sleep early and tmr i can't wake early also! *Zonk*

OK. the 1 year older me SHALL start doing SCHOOL WORK NOW. AIM? TO clear all tutorials and 1 lab (from yesterday) and revise on BTT before i go running to burn off the fats i put on yesterday (:

P.U.F.F.Y ORANGE

Puffy Orange today managed to start on my Project Plan! Hehe.. basically its comprises of many parts and i got 3 major parts to do! Hmmm... was hard to get motivation to do it until dear Eileen so nice la... chatted with me about the PP then finally i start MOVIN!

Hehe... then Huffy Orange popped by and told me all her plays and no work! Aiyaya... Gal... MUST STUDY... else when the DAY comes.. u won't be ready. Late nights are NO NO... but heiz.. =.=" i guess I'm a victim to having late nights... recently... too much things on mind. Given a chance...Puffy Orange wanna find a quiet corner and then go in to HIBERNATE! hehehe...

Anyways! was quite bored just now then i found out there's a MSNPlus for Windows Live Messenger that u can download and have interesting features! ^^

my life... R.E.F.L.E.C.T.I.O.N

This is a long blog. Failure to understand what I had written will be a waste of your time reading then... IF NOT, carry on...

Yea... so many things can just happen during weekends. I guess time for me to stop being stubborn about things and starting changing before I worsen things any further...

Sometimes I just wished I can be still in my secondary school... being new to the world, learning things of the world and still ignorant to many things of the world. But sadly, I know time never stops for anyone. I'm born for a purpose. My aim is to find out this purpose and live out the purpose.

But things are just not easy. The bumps along the way... made me woke up to reality more and more... Recently, there are just too many occasions for me to ponder on. I am who I am, created and perfect in the eyes of God. Things that I regret... to say none then I must be really dumb. I do have... lots of regrets... why did I say those things and trigger things? Why didn't I be aware earlier of how things are and made the right action? Why must things be still at the unsolved stage? Why can't I be a lot more understanding and mature about things? Why... WHY?!

"Because I'm still learning..." This doesn't give me the excuse to behave in such a way still. If I'm still learning... then I have to learn fast. Running away from problems... I guess it's not my first time. But facing up to problem is not my first time either! I need to figure out how to really deal with this problem more effectively. All of us... are tired. But I think I won't want to give up. I won't be able to forgive myself if anything goes wrong... I really want God to do something.

We are tired... though some of us are feeling sore over certain things still unsolved... we still have to maintain our focus on God and not the problem. We can't just take on blessings on certain areas in life and blame God on what we feel He hadn't give us. If given a choice, Jesus won't want to take the cup of suffering too. I guess if you are taking a break from study, and reading this, I hope you can really understand where I'm coming from. As much as I'm tired, it is how much I hope we can both continue to motivate each other. The elders are already very tired... since we are so much younger, there should be something we can do about it and not add on to their already heavy burden.

Nothing beats the heart of a person who is strong in God. I wish to be that person... and to be that person; you got to help me too. SO I must help you too! Wahahahas... must tag me OR msg me and tell me that you understand OK!

I guess I got to thank God for everything He had blessed me with... beginning from the LATEST, nice chatting with Celine, nice chatting with Charissa, nice Daddy who fetched me back hostel, nice Yinghuan who slept on my just-change-today-bedsheet, and also helped me hang my washed clothes! nicely prepared wonderful lunch by MUMMY, nice looking ORANGE NEW Jacket by GEL Leaders + Charmian, Gladys, Pearlyn, Sherrlyn, Sarah, Christina, Matthew, Carina, Celine, Meilan, Gabriel (list by courtesy of Alson), nice shoulder-to-cry-on from this also-orange-lover, Celine... nice and wonderful GELLERS (Meilan and Charmian) who lend their ears to me and my sister...

Wow. All these in just one day! The list can go on and on... all these uncountable blessings are... for an unworthy me. And yet I went to count my misfortunes and questioned God...

I am battered but not yet shattered completely. I know the victory has been won and I should just focus on getting my purpose in life fulfilled than to dwell on what I cannot control in life. I'm going to tell my problem how BIG my God is. YUP... and this is going to be my focus. This is really a long blog. Congratulations to you reader who had survived through it and reading THIS now. Orange wishes you ALL the BEST in everything you do... hope you learnt some things from this blog... else you are really wasting your time... wahahas...!

Cheerios... cos I know God knows what I'm going thru and He had comforted me thru His people! ^^ oh BOY... think I really need to zz now. I'm glad I wrote this blog before I sleep and GLAD you had read it!

The days ahead will be stress and busy... but I know God will make a way.

CAN IT BE?

orange wanna buy so many things... but no time go look see look see...


Today super tired. wakey morning..both eyes feel painful immediately.. hai. but still got to wakey for lab... Thank God i finally dragged myself to the lab. GUESS WAT? whole BIG lab... only 2 person seated at the last few rows.. GOSH. and they are from my group. Where's the REST? God knows.


wahahahas.. lab supposed to start at 0830...by 0930, i only see 2 groups..and that is MY group and another group. =.=" The lab is super duper big.. and that session is just for us 2 groups? Wat a waste of resources... hehe.. Orange loves to cOMPLAIN! cos i'm the student now ma... not liable to any responsibilities.. sometimes i'll take charge.. sometimes.. i'll just sit back...relax and COMPLAIN..WAHAHAHAs!


OK, i'm spouting rubbish now.. i guess my mind simple just too tired. Today is UNION DAY! and i'm not the least glad la.. what a system... and they set the time 1030-1430 to be no lessons throughout for whole NTU... what abt the 0830-1030 period? what abt the 1430-1530 period? it smack RIGHT in the middle of the whole day.. bu san bu si... Thank God i stay in sch.. else for those coming from home.. what they gonna do with the 4 hrs of break?


if they same as me without coupons to collect goodie bags leh? The people in charge release the coupons for students to collect the goodie bags 2 days ago... and i was not aware of it at all! only come to know of it yesterday... =.=" what happen to the publicising committee? crap. now i'm not entitled to get the goodie bag. h-e-l-l-o? UNION DAY suppose to have goodie bags for the entire student population la! -.- its pointless to stay in sch. might as well get some rest before my tutorials start later 1430.

Do The Right Thing!

recently I received a newsletter on daily wisdom that I had subscribed to. hahas.. Orange really agree with the contents! Here's whats in it:


Sometimes we don't want to step on anyone's toes or risk offending someone by sharing with them information but God clearly says they need to hear.
("Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" Matthew 28:19)


if we do not want God to be ashamed to call us His children, then likewise, we should not be ashamed of Him and His word. It is not for us to judge His message as presented in the Scriptures, but to simply do as He has asked, for we are not here to please man, but God.
("On the contrary, we speak as men approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel. We are not trying to please men but God, who tests our hearts." 1 Thessalonians 2:4)


When you care about people, you will warn them if they are about to stumble off a cliff. And, if you see an individual about to drink poison which he thinks is lemonade, you likewise make certain they know that sipping the beverage will lead to their sickness and demise.

If this is the case, then why are we often fearful and hesitant to share the truth of God's word with a world that so desperately needs to hear it?


Some people will accept God's word, and others will reject it. Doing so may cause us
to make friends, or enemies. However, truth is truth, and it is God's business, not
our own, for as the Scriptures affirm, "For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus
Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake." -2 Corinthians 4:5


Taking a stand for the truth, and doing what is right is not always easy. In fact,
in this day and age, it can be quite difficult at times because what God has to say
on a given subject may not always match with our current society's view.


For example, man may say that having a sexual relationship outside of marriage is not a big deal, but God's word declares adultery as sin.
("Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral." Hebrews 13:4 )


Likewise, our friends sometimes may tell us its acceptable to lie, cheat
and steal, but is this really what God would have us do? No, it is not always easy
to do the right thing, but the rewards which come as a result are more than well
worth it!


Hahahas... today is wednesday! Orange is kinda free to blog today! wahahas... Orange just wanna end with this statement: "Its easier to be a salesperson than a christian... BUT the rewards we get as a christian is certainly MORE than a salesperson!" ^^

running...running...OLD FRIENDS!!!

BLOGGIE!!!!! Wahahahahas... Orange is here to BLOG! today after ended school, had business plan tutorial and assignment discussion with laysum, lynn and eileen! hahahas... oh BOY... orange seriously did some brainstorming la... but heiz.. all my ideas are not feasible... =.="



Heiz... the evening sun shining so hot... i almost wanna give up running! Songqian had discussion hence couldn't join me. then never arranged with Apple to run also... So Orange suddenly tot of another person who can join me! GUESS WHO??? its the ever so nice ROGER!!! wahahahas... he is super funny la... met him to run the 179-199-179 route... as usual... he saluted me la! AIYO! how many umpteen times i say no need...no need AH! end up made me super so paiseh... OMG, at the end of the route i check the timing.. its again 22:40! wahahahas...! hmmm... i think if i can just put in just a little more effort... hmmm... can the timing be improved? ^^



Then poor Roger... think his old injury was triggered... heiz... i didn't know that... he should not have run at all la... Hahas.. then thanks to him that he helped me finished my ice-cream... heiz... really dunno what to do with the semi-frozen ice-cream... this week must defrost the fridge! OMG.. then guess what.. somebody called Roger when he was waiting for me to get ice-cream.. following is the conversation:

Roger: Shiyi, my friend wants to speak to you.
Orange: Huh?
Roger: My friend says he knows you.
Orange: (taking over the hp from roger...) what?!
Orange: (to person on hp) Hello?
Person: Hi...
Orange: Ni shi shui?
Person: Ni shuo leh?
Orange: (hearing an ever so familiar voice) HMMM... OMG... You are Shicong!!!



OMG... and then later i found out that this two poly friends of mine from TP... THEY ARE BOTH ROOMIES and ARE IN the SAME HALL AS ME! wahahahas... certainly a SURPRISE TO ME!!!



YEAH! next time got more people from school to chit chat, exercise, and eat dinner lo!!! hehe.. kk... must continue to prep my bible study ^^

PC is... OK!

^^ Orange super duper happy that my pc is OK!



Had a horrible night zz on previous nights... dreaming of what would happen if the pc is down throughout this week. Got sch work, work of interest, things of interests to prepare on my pc...aiyo.. Thank Yew Chuan for his time to troubleshoot the pc hardware... cos lack of time, I couldn't do my testing of the pc parts one by one on another pc. Heiz... finally its done! Then got free ride to wheel-lock place! 1st time entering the crumpler shop la... aiyo... the bags are super duper EX and nice la! hahas.. I think the backpack pricing a bit toooooo qua zhang le... sounds exactly how it names.."The Salary Sacrifice" =.=" should I buy it? or the messengerbag? hahas.. consulted beloved huan about it... she only said i can afford it... aiyo. I need more opinions GAL!



Then went off...HAD dinner at SUBWAY! hehehe... last few times ate my yummy sandwich of dressings honey & mustard. Yesterday was my first time trying out the oil & vinegar... wahahahas... the lady's face impression was undescribable when i ask her:" Excuse me, what kind of oil is it?" hahas... as usual, i hope to try new healthy options ma... ^^ THEN did some shopping at another place.. searching HIGH and LOW for things that are of MY interests... hey...i found new stock of FILA bags just came in this week! one nice orange with black backpack ..look almost like my blog skin!! HAHAS.. nice but its not a laptop bag... hmmm.. so should i buy it? haiz... unfortunately.. time not on my side.. very soon the stores start to close... =.=" So tired orange took mrt BACK HOSTEL!




NOW.. another prob.. debbie's fridge needs to defrosting again! but the greedy me just bought a tub of ice-cream in this week la... heiz.. who can join me in this ice-cream feast? I need to share with someone... else... its SUPER sinful la!

today lectures soso... sometimes i really hope i can be more discipline to focus on lessons! Hmmm... halfway got distracted... wanna run army half marathon...hehehe...then looking forward to the dinner appt later... ^^



shiyi ah shiyi... must start to work hard okie! since my pc can't be used this week.. i shall let it be an excuse first.. BUT must start to pump in some adrenaline next week onwards... i must really work hard... completed Love in Harvard last night... kinda cried LOTS. =.=" HaHAHAHAS... kinda like the story.. how the people inside are highly motivated to do their best be it in study or work... God... help me to be motivated too...

no planning no driving

everybody... Orange learnt a BIG BIG lesson yesterday la...

my advice to those who wanna learn driving in future... PLS plan ur time properly.. and must plan it alot FURTHER AHEAD... else will be like me.. wasting additional $$ to renew this renew that.. heiz.... thanks to my dear Charissa...so good.. helped me to relieve this big headache i'm facing now... THANKS GAL! else... i'll be super duper SAD and depress... =.="





Thank God today Empress called me and told me that the monitor issue is SETTLED! ^^ WELL...O..WELL... God is good... now the monitor issue is gone.. i can use my pc at hostel lo! hehehe... but for now.. havent settle la...gotta wait till weekend... hmmm.. thats y now im blogging in LWN library again!!!




Sigh.. i don't understand y those admin personnel working for SAF do what... they can take really super long long time to reply my one single email... and now yahoo server down... argh. can't check whether the person got reply me... sigh.. this christine chung lady... i tell u... sometimes i really ta bu leh ta han her...

Life without PC in hostel...

yesterday was using my pc with no problems... then watching my Love In Harvard (LIH)... after that ended the show... THEN MY MONITOR DIED on me!!!!!

Now using my Hall's computer room... wahahahas.. doing some application... HMMM... shall let it be a secret for the time being...and finally can do some blogging!!!




yesterday ask people to join me running... here cannot there cannot... sigh... ended up Orange run alone lo... the usual route of 179 - 199 - 179... aiyo... my timing this time 22:40s.. dunno how long actually is this route.. but its like.. SUPER no motivation la... heiz.. =.=" BUT i managed to complete it myself leh... not bad huh...! ^^




Now the LIH so exciting... hahas.. WELL, I really learnt alot from this show. Being asian students in foreign countries is not certainly not easy. it requires PURE hard work.. no time to even commit into love relationships.. hence when love gets you, its really the pure true love where both parties worked hard in their studies, achieve their best and still willing to commit their time with one another... mind you, its not plain wasting time... they really spent their time wisely and every min and sec counts. While waiting, they study... they are not the least bit like nowadays naive people who only think of enjoying time and spending time like water.




hahas... Okie.. Orange gotta go for lunch appt... Hee... ^^ Meanwhile, i encourage all to work hard... really work hard..and then play wisely!

orange LOVES FIREWORKS!!!

guess wat... friday met my gang at Rafflescity Cafe Cartel... HMMM... My dearest friend, Huiyun GG to ROM on 1 OCT!!! ^^ Hee... the gathering was to catch up some of our latest stuff and our current statuses.. heh.. WELL... hmmm.. think the standard of cafe cartel at Rafflescity somehow dropped a bit... in the past there's no service charge la.. now have le.. sigh.


we chatted till about 8 plus.. rounded up with a large waffle with a scoop of 'Brandied Cherry' ice-cream for dessert! ^^ then join ah huan to see fireworks.. HP network was super BZ ended up i couldn't contact her to meet her to watch the fireworks together. WELL... HEE.. turns out GOOD for me la.. cos my location ended up was so GOOD.. even better view than ah huan's location.. wahahahas! ^^


i was squeezing with the crowd at esplanade drive.. till 9PM... 'BANG...BANG... BANG...!!!' WHooopieeee! the fireworks started! Orange had never really experience fireworks... my only first time was when sec sch...our sch went for NDP... hot stinky uniform... argh. BUT yesterday's feeling and experience was ... ... beyond description. Fireworks is really so beautiful. There was this mother carrying her baby boy...standing right beside me.. she wanted so much to let her baby boy to enjoy the scene.. in the end.. my face was sticked exactly next to the baby boy.. watching fireworks... i guess.. really its the moment to share with love ones.. feeling his nice smell and little breaths of awe every interval of few seconds... OMG... my heart melted in the great displayment of beautiful fireworks... Though i'm not a person who always have time to enjoy fireworks... i really wished that moment could last forever.. together with someone i could spend a lifetime with.

the STEP to D.R.I.V.E

guess WAT?


Orange kept saying: i wanna learn driving...i wanna drive... ALL THESE WHILE... yet never even taken any REAL action... till... TODAY.


Took mrt to BBDC today after school finished... ermm.. actually class haven't ended la... just that Orange scanned thru the lecture slides of tat one lesson 1630 - 1730....HAHAS.. its networking la.. ^^ only the the basics of different networks environment and stuff... hee.. SO OK to sKIP...


was really thinking hard for some time already... should I take SCHOOL or PRIVATE? sigh... really no idea cos my schedule this semester kinda relax... but since im doing this alone.. no friends taking with me... so i think i'll take the school lo... although have to pay more but i think things are more standard and fixed..


SOOO.. went to BBDC.. i'm a super newbie la.. no one accompany... hee.. okie ba.. i look so INNOCENT..and CUTE... the pple there were VERY FRIENDLY and answered all my queries! Heh.. i opened a $200 BBDC account... then now left $80.30... =.=" Now u know why the pple there are friendly ah...


Enrolment alone already $84... each theory lesson cost $16.80... total of 2 basic theory and 2 advance theory... $16.80 x 4 = $67.20!!! =.=" EVERYTHING SINGLE THING HERE COST driving... =.="


ANYWAY! Orange finally took this FIRST STEP to learn driving... asked Emperor and Empress before gg BBDC, no objections NOR comments was given... they just gave GREEN LIGHT... -.- i want more of their opinions actually... cos this whole entire thing COSTS $$$... i'm usually very careful with $$$... unless it gotta do with food... wahahahas.. ELSE.. I'm kinda careful la.. but since everything is ok... I have to be decisive!


Hahas... ANYWAY! Orange finally registered with BBDC and booked my 2 basic theory classes and 1 basic mock test on next week. Hope to clear everything while the semester is still young.. else its gonna be super BZ la... now got informed by various lecturers on the forming of groups here and there... sigh. SO MANY group works... aiyo.. but thanks to Eileen who reminded me that group work is better than single project work... HAHAS!


Had my dinner at Jurong Pt.. went to shop for my groceries! hehe.. need to top up my fridge with all my favourite healthy fruits and soya milk! ^^ Then i couldn't resist the temptation of eating my favourite SCOOPZ ice-cream... hee... went to buy... WAH! the girl gave me a SUPER LARGE SCOOP of the EVER Hot Favourite Durian... only $2.80 la! ^^ I just love this ice-cream la... made from the REAL fruit itself.. super delicious with real durian pulps... OMG.. i brought it to the shuttle bus back to NTU.. HAHAS.. who knows.. the smell of the durian.. was strong la.. some ah tiongs (oops.. i don't mean to call them this.. but if i identify them by their country name..i think will sound more rude!) they board the bus and they started to exclaim loudly:"aiyo! so smelly! somebody bought durians!" WAHAHAHAHS... and i'm like.. seated right in front of the bus... happily eating the ice-cream... HAHAS.. i tried to eat tactically at first.. but after a few seconds...HAHAHAHAS... i can't care much la... i wanna enjoy my ice-cream!!! ^^


ANYWAY! now back to hostel.. must settle some pc stuff first.. sigh.. dunno why..whenever i start my netbeans ide.. my pc will auto restart! OMG.. big prob man.. then dunno y.. somehow dunno is linking path errors what.. can't get my JCreator or JGrasp to compile Celine's program... hai.. how to help...

Hee... ^^ JUST back from swimming! Tot that today might have to swim abit later... then during morning class i DISCOVER that these few days lessons will only be about HISTORY... lecturers tell u about their history.. how they came to work... then talk about history of the modules... eg like how the FORTRAN came about... aiyoyoyo... really... its more productive for me to self read thru and spend the time exercising! Wahahahas....! Thank God for the wonderful weather again while im swimming...! ^^ swam about 24 laps..hahas...wanted to swim the number of laps based on my age ma! but then i'm NOT 24 OK! just that at 23rd lap, i need to swim back to the side where i came from ma.... wahahahas... thats where the 1 additional lap came about.... ^^ Not bad huh... yesterday run some 3km route...i think... hahas! then today swim! Hee... YUP.. Orange plan to exercise everyday... IF possible la... since sch havent really go into FULL SWING! Oh YAR... yesterday someone tot I'm a freshman leh... wahahahas... bai tuo... i'm ALREADY yr 3 la! Hmmm... does this mean i look young? HAHAHAHAS... bai tuo... think that person eyes got stamp. Nowadays...how come so many people can call wrong number uh? i already got my 3rd wrong calls for the day le... how come uh... my hp no very common is it.... O_O



oh yar...yesterday's junyang's concert at ntu was really not bad! He really sings well...somemore i realised he is someone also close with his family... his parents came together with his fan's club people to support him also... hahahas... cool huh! He sang about a total of 5 songs... i think so.. hahas... all from his recent edited album. He is very friendly and the way he laugh is low 'hahaha..' Half way thru the concert, he even seek permission from the audience to drink some water...so polite. His mother specially brewed for him herbal drink... hahas.. so SWEET... JUST LIKE my mummy brew herbal drink for my whole family! After one song...he then ask the audience 'ke yi ma' ? (is it ok) - whether his singing is ok with the audience! hahahas... me first time attend such mini concert... what a enjoyable experience!

hmmm... today went thru 301 and 184 only... fell asleep without even knowing during the 184... haiyo.. Orange is NOT a business student...y must take this module on 184? The lecturer was okie.. remember tat he mentioned he got 30 yrs of working experience... WELL... but oncehe started on the example of Bill Gates on entrepreneurship abt him creating value of something out of nothing... hmmm... i zz shortly after tat... =.="


then comes the 301 module... the female lecturer again was not a singaporean.. dunno.. but somehow i sometimes have a problem of figuring out from their accent loaded english.. however compared to the past bad experiences, she seems quite okay ba. then soon she revealed to us a whole load of programming languages that we'll be doing for this sem... then she moved on to the history of programming languages.. aiyoyo... i tried to keep up but then was soon lost.

Thank God that somehow I got time to lunch..cos its actually a straight 3 hours packed of lectures on mon... module 304 somehow i was last min informed that it will only start after National Day... WELL... but then this means either everything squeeze pack into next lesson or EXTRA lessons la.



yeah! Songqian got Hong Jun Yang's concert ticket in NTU... hahas.. Orange is not one who goes to queue up for tickets.. and though im not a SUPER big fan of his, but since got ticket, y not just go and listen? ^^ Hee... later will go for a run around sch then get ready for nice songs for my EAR!

but time not on my side... think nowadays kept eating until i feel quite bah bah..
i must EXERCISE! then continue to go trying out FOOD!!!!! Hee... went to the Toa Payoh Xing Fu Cha Lou with Emperor, Empress, and Empress Dowager.. Not bad.. they serve quality chinese food at quite high prices. Ate a $128+++ set dinner for 4 person... hmmm, total it up about $150 plus. Shall not disclose the amount. Hahas! Aiyo.. then ah huan not around la... sigh. she always misses out good food. Don't worry dear.. Orange will treat u good food next time OK! ^^


=====Monday=====

Today went to crash 2 lectures at AKU OLD SCH... Temasek Poly!!! ^^ Hee... attended Java Programming and Computer Systems.. Hmmm... the students nowadays are kinda more rowdy than my time! WELL.. the lecturers... their teaching kinda not as good as before...
HAHAS... my dear Celine was kinda busy on her lappy during lectures wo! Hehe... the temptation of lappy! during my 1 hour of break, Orange went to Mensa 2 followed by Mensa 1 for lunch! My...oh.. MY!! I MISS THE FOOD THERE! ^^
Next lecture was COMSYS... seems like majority students still not sure which lecture theatre was their lessons held at... HMMM.. What happen to the subject coordinators... are they doing their job....



Met Mr Choy Chan Kong... THEN Mr Simon Ngeow! to think that he still REMEMBERS ORANGE! ^^ Wahahas... wanted to check out how was Mr Seah Chong Poh... but he wasn't around in the labs.. -.-"



To the library! Oh Man... the 1st floor library now looks SUPER nice la... aiyoyo... so beautiful. Went to level 8 (i think) then started helping Celine with programming.. hahas.. to think that I HATE PROGRAMMING! got bits of problem here and there... WELL... i guess programming is really not my cup of tea ah.. else all the problems would have been solved in a better way and faster la!



then Emperor fetch us back! Hehe.. so good right? ah huan waited for me then we ate dinner together! me and huan like to wait for each other to makan together and we'll chat and chat UNTIL Emperor cannot tahan our giggles and noises!!! ^^


Next... High tea buffet... think I'm aiming for the one at China Square.. seems nice! what else.. hmm.. i want go for Japanese Food! Charissa mention Igen Dining Jap Restaurant..hahas... if can will go there japped out! Next.. i want try out the foire gras thingy...dunno i spelt correct or not.. i want try! Hee... Just came back from JB! ^^ Today went for a short trip there to EAT AND SHOP! WELL... nothing much to shop actually. Knowing I'm not one who knows how exactly to dress up... Without ah huan... I also dunno what to see. heh...



U know something? I discover I really love my sisters. YEA... Both of them. This few days at home made me realise a lot of things. I cherish them alot and I definitely won't allow any bad things to happen to any one of them. As much as I'm around and can do, I'll protect them. Orange been thru ups and downs in life... of cos its not enough to say much...BUT I do not wish to see them going thru certain hardships which I could have protect them from. As much as I'm at home... I wish to do something for them. Ah Huan... If u are reading this, I hope u will be more determine to work hard OK. Remember, the result is not everything.. but its the process of studying...when u know u HAD put in ur best effort, its enough already. Ur erjie here hope u'll do ur BEST to study! This entire period till ur A Levels.. its all in ur hands. Take care huan... Be strong and focus. Pray for Discernment from God... Erjie will SUPPORT u.



=====Wednesday=====

Back to hostel day!!! Room is SUPER dirty... the shelves are horribly dirty...cob webs everywhere... argh. Orange gonna clean until tip top sparkling clean! Thank God for the hostel officer... my room got a new coat of paint, matteresses changed, whole room seems brighter and better than last saturday when i see it la!


=====Thursday=====

morning Orange went for a jog! out from my palace's driveway...pass secondary school... pass the mall... pass the interchange... round the interchange... pass charissa's place... pass the bus-stop where i used to wait for my bus 15 to TP...pass primary school...up driveway...BACK TO PALACE! ^^ hmmm... forgot to bring my watch while running...heiz...dunno how fast or far i ran...



Hostel cleaning was super fun la... hehe..no hidden meaning... i realised i'm kinda a bit of 'jie pi' (one who cannot stand messiness and dirt!) AND..i'm losing calories STILL! ^^ but sad la...not enough time to touch on the floor and toilet.. think i'm only 50% done! hmmm.. also not sure if the hostel officer will arrange to clean up my floor or not... anyways! finally able to unpack my stuff le.. ^^



Then dinner time! Went to my favourite chinatown.. to a place which i long to go last time but always nv had the time to go! this place... is known as Bei Fang Feng Wei. Located at the side of the busy Smith Street...towards the end. Met Andrew Sim then we had long talk cok session there! Hahas... i ordered their speciality dishes.. the 'Squirrel Fish' - they de-boned the fish and fried it sweet sour till it looked a bit squirrel! and their 'Tibetian BBQ Lamb' - the fragrance of the herbs they used... OMG..super tasty la! and that Andrew can actually guess: pork? chicken? beef? WAHAHAHAHAS.... Mr Sim... i think u need to join me for a few more eating sessions to brush up ur tastebuds! Hehe... then i ordered Spicy Baby Kailan and round it off with my favourite seaweed soup with black fungus and egg white! Then at first didn't want to order any rice de.. but cos i tot guys ma...need rice ma... so i ordered also.. heh.. later found out Andrew usually don't take much rice... Hmmm... Andrew.. I'm confused abt ur gender now... wahahas... JUST KIDDING LA! ANYWAYS! Chinatown is a very nice place to be in... full of culture and heritage feel. ^^
